The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars and not 5 is because its been 6 months since we ordered the stone and it still hasn't arrived. I get there are back ups but we have been twice to ask about it. And they say its coming and still nothing. It shouldn't have taken this long, I don't understand how others who where buried after my son already have their stones and he still doesn't.
He documented the burials that were listed from about 1200, up until 1830. These contain fantastic genealogical data. His work makes many corrections to Horovitz's work. There are 12 volumes of about 1,000 pages each.

I asked for 2 extra chairs she said she didn't have any and didn't attempt to try. A gentleman passed by, and saw we needed chairs and brought us the missing chairs. Her rudeness continued to the point that my sister had to pull her aside and speak to her. Unfortunately our bad experience didn't end there. She hesitantly agreed and took us to the plot.

After the bombardment of Rotterdam by the German Air Force on 14 May 1940 and the threat to bombard further cities did the Netherlands sign up the capitulation documents. I am sorry for the delay with your sons marker. I assure you we take complaints very seriously and I immediately began investigating. It appears the proof was not provided to you all by one of advisors who is no longer with the company. When this was discovered, we promptly had Mr. Gonzalez approve the proof on October 19th while he was at the funeral home inquiring on the status of the marker. We immediately placed the order and put a rush on the order. The marker has been received and installed as December 10th.
They provided coffee for our guest in the back room. The package that I chose to me was very reasonable priced and most important everything that was promised was delivered.
